Privacy notice
This website collects only what you send us, an anonymous count of page views and the request logs our web host keeps. It sets no cookies, and it has no advertising or tracking.

Who we are
In this notice, “we” means Hexabin Infotech (OPC) Private Limited, the company that builds Meridian. The notice covers this website, hexab.in, and the personal data it handles.

What this site collects
What you send us. The demo form asks for your name, your work email, your company, roughly which of our products you want to talk about, how many LPARs you run (for Meridian) and, if you want to add one, a message. That is all it asks for. With it we record the time, your IP address and the page you sent it from, to recognise abuse of the form. If you write to us at hello@hexab.in instead, we receive what you put in your email.
Server logs. Like every web server, the one that hosts this site records the requests it answers: your IP address, your browser, the pages you asked for and when. Our web host keeps these logs for security and operations.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. If you choose Light or Dark with the theme switch at the foot of a page, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Counting visits. To know how many people read which pages, each page tells our own server once that it was viewed: the page, the name of the site that linked to it (or the campaign name in the link), whether the screen is a phone or a computer, and your browser’s time zone, which gives a rough region. To count visitors rather than page views, the server keeps a short code made from your IP address and browser together with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted. The code cannot be turned back into your address, and visits on different days cannot be linked. Your IP address itself is not stored with the count. Nothing is counted if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
There is no advertising on this site and no tracking across sites: no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media plug-ins. Everything the site loads comes from hexab.in itself, and the count stays with us.
Why we use it
We use what you send through the form to reply to you, to arrange the demo you asked for and to follow up on it. We use the server logs to keep the site secure and working.
Sending the form is your consent to that use. You can withdraw it at any time; see your rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. The demo form is received by this website's own server, which stores the request and emails it to us; no form service is involved. The only others who handle it are the providers that host this website and our email, and they act on our instructions. We would also disclose it if the law required us to.
These providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us only for as long as we need it to reply to you and follow up. Visit counts are kept for 13 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for as long as our web host keeps them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for any of these:
- Access. A summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who else has handled it.
- Correction. Correct, complete or update your data.
- Erasure. Delete your data.
- Withdrawing consent. Stop using your data from now on. It does not undo what was done before you withdrew.
- Nominating someone. Name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or are unable to.
- Grievance redressal. Raise a complaint about how we handled your data, and have it answered.
To use any of them, write to hello@hexab.in. If you are not satisfied with how we answer a complaint, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
Our products
This notice covers the website only. Meridian, our mainframe operations product, runs inside our customers’ own networks. The data it processes stays there: nothing is sent to Hexabin Infotech, and we do not receive it.
H-Compliance and our manufacturing projects are covered by the agreement signed with each customer.
Children
This site is for people looking at Meridian for their work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Questions about it go to hello@hexab.in.
